Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

The Solution Architect (SA) – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, high‑quality CE and Power Platform solutions. This role bridges functional and technical design, ensuring successful delivery across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, CIJ and integrated Power Platform components including Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and custom agent experiences. The SA collaborates with delivery teams, clients, and cross‑functional architects to ensure solutions align with best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead solution design for D365 CE including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, CIJ and custom modules. Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution architectures. Design scalable Dataverse models, integrations, and security models. Deliver solution documentation including ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration specs, and configuration workbooks. Design and oversee Power Automate workflows including governance, error handling, and best‑practice orchestration. Design Copilot Studio experiences including custom plugins, topics, generative AI prompts, and enterprise security alignment. Architect and deliver first‑party Microsoft Sales & Service Agents and custom agents. Collaborate with Technical Architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure cohesive solution delivery. Participate in backlog refinement, estimations, sprint planning, and technical reviews. Support integration design using Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Synapse and other Azure components.
