Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft D365 Business Central

Your application will be read by an actual person who’s excited to discover the real you.New Charter Technologies, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (in other companies this person could hold the title of Senior D365 BC Developer, ERP Software Engineer — Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC Developer), to design and deliver scalable ERP solutions that support complex business operations. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and extensions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, high-performing technical solutions using C/AL, SQL/TSQL, Azure DevOps, and reporting tools such as Power BI and Jet Reports. To be successful in this role, you will bring strong ERP domain expertise across Financials, Distribution, Banking, AR/AP, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany modules within Business Central. You will own the full development lifecycle—from technical design and database conversions to deployment, documentation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support—while ensuring code quality, version control discipline, and system scalability.## ## Work Authorization Requirement: This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States.
