Job Description Summary The Senior AI Developer – Power Platform & Copilot Studio will serve as a subject matter expert for Copilot Studio and AI-enabled Power Platform solutions within the centralized CoE at AON. This role will partner with the central CoE, platform teams, and business stakeholders to design, pilot, deploy, and scale secure, governed, AI-powered business solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Dataverse. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and conversational experiences using Copilot Studio, including generative AI, knowledge grounding, and action orchestration. Build integrated solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Microsoft 365, and external enterprise systems through standard and custom connectors. Collaborate with business teams, architects, and platform services to translate requirements into scalable AI and automation solutions, including proof of concepts, pilots, and production-ready implementations. Own solution packaging, deployment pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices to ensure reliable enterprise delivery. Implement governance, monitoring, security, and operational controls for Copilot Studio and Power Platform solutions, including usage monitoring, data protection, and responsible AI practices. Required Skills: 5 -8 years of overall IT experience with 5+ years hands‑on Power Platform/ Copilot Studio experience Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Engineer delivering enterprise solutions on Microsoft Power Platform with strong focus on AI and Copilot Studio. Strong hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio including generative AI capabilities, conversation design, knowledge sources, actions, and enterprise governance. Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, connectors, and Microsoft 365 integration patterns for intelligent business applications. Strong understanding of Dataverse data modeling, security, integration patterns, solution architecture, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform. Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business needs, and convert them into secure, scalable, and supportable AI and automation solutions. Excellent communication, technical documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams on responsible AI adoption and platform best practices. 2577714
