  JOB DESCRIPTION -POWER APPS & POWER AUTOMATE DEVELOPER   Job Title: Power Apps & Power Automate Developer Experience Required: 2 Years to 4 Years Qualification - Any graduate can apply. Job Location: Gurgaon / Work from Office   Job Summary:- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Power Apps & Power Automate Developer with 2+ years of experience in developing business applications and workflow automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating Canvas Apps, automating workflows, integrating systems, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.   Key Responsibilities:- * Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps * Create and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate * Build responsive Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps * Develop approval workflows, notifications, and process automation solutions * Integrate Power Platform solutions with: * SharePoint Online * Microsoft Teams * Outlook * Excel * SQL Server * Third-party APIs and services * Work with Dataverse for data modeling and management * Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements * Prepare technical documentation and user guides * Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are followed Required Skills:-   Technical Skills * 2+ years of hands-on experience in: * Power Apps * Power Automate * SharePoint Online * Microsoft 365 * Experience in: * Canvas Apps * Model-Driven Apps * Dataverse * API integrations * Good knowledge of: * SQL * JSON * REST APIs * JavaScript * HTML/CSS * Familiarity with connectors, approvals, and workflow automation * Understanding of environment management and role-based access control Soft Skills * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Good analytical and troubleshooting abilities * Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications * Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field * Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus: * PL-100 * PL-200 * PL-400 * Experience with Azure Services or Azure DevOps is an advantage * Preferred Candidate Profile * Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated solutions * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments * Self-motivated with a learning mindset * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively   Interview Details * Interview Dates - 03rd June till 05th June * No interviews on Saturday & Sunday * Visiting Time: 12pm to 2pm * Venue: 10th Floor, Towers D & E, Grand Canyon, ASF Insignia SEZ, Gwal Pahari, Gurgaon, Haryana 122003 * Dress Code: Formal attire only * Contact Recruiter: Shivangi Chauhan ( Email: schauha3@wm.com /7428923172)
