Microsoft Power Platform Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to join our team and support the development and maintenance of business applications, dashboards, automation flows, and data management solutions. The role focuses on building and maintaining solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, and Dataverse Create, read, update, and delete operational data across business applications Develop data management layers using SharePoint Lists and Dataverse Build automated flows and processes using Power Automate Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and visual reports Create modern, user-friendly dashboards with visual elements such as charts, maps, tables, timelines, and tabs Develop portal and dashboard navigation structures Configure access control and user management Perform functional testing and resolve identified issues Maintain and improve existing Power Platform applications and dashboards Create technical documentation describing the work performed Collaborate with business users and IT teams to ensure successful delivery Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform development Experience developing and maintaining Power Apps applications Experience developing and maintaining Power Automate flows Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards Experience working with SharePoint Lists and Dataverse Experience with data management, data modelling, and data visualisation Ability to model and create/modify pipelines in xMart Ability to apply views in xMart based on data description schemas Knowledge of dashboard design and visual reporting principles Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines Ability to develop solutions following branding and design guidelines Experience with access control and user management Experience creating clear technical documentation Strong understanding of design principles and user experience Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively Strong communication skills in English Expert knowledge of spoken and written English Basic knowledge of French is considered an advantage Good knowledge of MS Office tools Good knowledge of MS SharePoint and MS Teams You will be a great candidate for us if you Have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Can build practical business applications and dashboards Are comfortable working with data, automation, and reporting solutions Can collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams Have a structured and detail-oriented approach Are proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Why join inventYOU Work on modern low-code and data visualisation solutions Gain exposure to Power Platform, automation, and dashboard development Collaborate with experienced business and technology teams Contribute to practical digital solutions with business impact Develop your expertise in Microsoft business applications and reporting tools
