For our client – a global technology leader in advanced vacuum solutions with a strong international presence and a long-standing track record of innovation and engineering excellence – we are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of: You will take a leading role in global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance initiatives, driving the optimization and harmonization of ERP-based financial processes across international business Tasks Lead Finance-related ERP projects within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Analyze business requirements and develop solution concepts Configure and optimize Finance modules and processes Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Cost Management processes Coordinate with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners Ensure standardized and efficient ERP solutions across projects Create functional documentation and support implementation activities Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements Requirements Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules Background in ERP implementation or transformation projects Good understanding of Finance and Accounting processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in international project environments Independent and structured working style Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent English skills required, German (nice to have) At CONCAPE, we guide you through the entire hiring process, from first contact to contract signing directly with the client, including relocation support for non-residents.
