Enterprise Architect (Azure DevOp, FTP, Entra ID, B2C, .Net, Microsoft ADFS, Forefront)

FLDOE-7610 The Florida Department of Education has posted a bid for a Enterprise Architect. The consultant must live in Florida and be available to work in Tallahassee, Florida if required. Note: The staff augmentation consultants are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year unless services are required with prior approval from division leadership. Please ensure that your candidates are aware of this prior to submitting them for this proposal. Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor of Science/Arts degree preferred. • Minimum 7 years of experience in administering and maintaining servers and FTP environments. • Experience in developing advanced scripts for automation/data processing is required. • Experience with FTP software. • Experience with developing advanced batch processes. • Experience with various identity providers including Microsoft ADFS and Forefront Identity Manager. • Experience with server environments and Azure Active Directory Federation Services. • Experience with Azure DevOps. • Experience with Entra ID and Azure B2C. • Experience with PowerBI. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office. • Experience developing in the .net programming language. • Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. • Azure administration experience. • Producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or testing. • Experience with PowerApps application administration. Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Be able to work independently. • Possess advanced troubleshooting skills. • Have excellent attendance. • Proficient in using and creating SQL queries.
