Data Engineer / Microsoft Fabric Consultant

Job Description: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data, AI, or related field • Strong fundamentals in SQL and Python • Interest in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks) • Understanding of data engineering concepts and medallion architecture • Basic exposure to AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, semantic search, RAG) • Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a client-facing environment Preferred (Nice Advantage) • DP-600 certification (or actively preparing for it) • Hands-on experience with Fabric Lakehouse or Notebooks • Experience with PySpark • Familiarity with Azure AI, Copilot, or knowledge-assistant use cases • Exposure to APIs or backend development (Node.js / FastAPI / .NET) • Good to Have (Bonus Skills) • React / Next.js basics • Git, CI/CD fundamentals • Docker or cloud deployment exposure Additional Azure or AI certifications What You’ll Work On • Build real Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions • Assist in developing AI-powered analytics and knowledge agents • Work on RAG pipelines, semantic models, and Copilot-style experiences • Collaborate with senior engineers and consultants on enterprise projects • Participate in client demos, documentation, and solution design
