Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant || FTE at New York Role Summary • The Functional Consultant translates business processes into D365 CE configurations, focusing on case management, workflows, SLAs, queues, and business rules. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end implementation of D365 CE (CRM) projects • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements • Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and fitment sessions • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs • Configure OOTB D365 modules (Customer Service, Case Management, Sales) • Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration • Support UAT, training, go-live and change management activities • Ensure best practices and adherence to Microsoft standards Skills & Experience • 9 12 years of D365 CE Functional experience • Strong domain knowledge in Customer Service / Case Management • Hands-on experience in D365 CE and Power Platform configuration • Ability to map SOP-driven processes into CRM flows • Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills • Good to Have : Microsoft certifications Thanks, IT First Source
