D365 Architect

Leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Sales and Service architecture, the full-time remote D365 Architect will focus on integrating MarTech and Customer Data Platform capabilities to deliver unified customer experiences across all brands. Key Responsibilities Define architecture for D365 Sales and Service, including lead-to-loyalty and request-to-serve processes Integrate D365 CE with marketing automation platforms for campaign orchestration and enable personalized engagement Design Power Automate workflows for automation and establish governance for marketing and CRM data compliance Required Qualifications 10+ years in CRM and MarTech architecture, with 5+ years specifically in Dynamics 365 CE Experience with marketing automation platforms and Customer Data Platform integration Strong knowledge of omnichannel engagement and personalization strategies Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR and CCPA Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
